Become a Retail Media & Monetization specialist in one year
Clicks, conversion and monetization, they will hold no secrets for you after your traineeship. As a consultant in the Retail Media & Monetization team, you are the link between brands and retailers in the digital field. To get acquainted with digital and retail media, you will spend the first few weeks learning the basics of the job. As a Retail Media Consultant, it is important that you have substantive knowledge of all media channels, but above all, you must be able to keep a helicopter view. You are the one who pulls all the strings and creates a coherent story for the client.
Ready? Then you will start working for different retailers and brands. This way you’ll learn to apply all the knowledge you’ve gained during the trainings right away. Our projects are incredibly diverse, from improving product detail pages for our clients and developing a digital retail media plan, to implementing on-site bannering. We challenge you to use your technical and creative skills to achieve sky high online results! Are you already sweating when you think of all the responsibilities involved? No worries! You’re not alone. Your fellow trainees, talent coach and seniors within your team are there to help you where needed.
Get ready to accelerate
In the first quarter of your traineeship, you and your fellow trainees will attend training in all aspects of digital. Commerce, SEO, Content marketing, Paid marketing, Retail, CRM & MA, you name it. This gives you a strong digital foundation and makes working together with colleagues from other teams a piece of cake.
To kickstart your digital career, we have structured the traineeship in the following three pillars;
setting up monetization strategies for retailers and brands, improving product content or developing a retail media plan;
you will be immersed in tracking tooling, PIM/DAM systems and Google Marketing Platform;
giving kick ass presentations, working as efficiently as possible and how to become a professional consultant.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Preferably in Marketing, Economics or Business Studies
0-2 years working experience

You speak, write and read fluently in Dutch
